The feedbacks from all the stake holders (students, parents, alumni, teaching and non-teaching staff) were collected and analysed to determine the needful actions to be taken for the overall betterment of the institution.
• Students are highly satisfied with the syllabus covered by teacher through online/offline classes, teacher’s class preparation, teacher’s ability of communication, teaching-approach, fairness of internal evaluation process, opportunities provided by the college, teacher’s ability to illustrate concepts and to identify student’s strength and encourage them, availability of teachers during online teaching modes, the help provided by the teachers and technical-staffs to solve technical problems during the end semester’s OBE and also with teacher’s adjustment of scheduling online classes according to the student’s time and also with the overall teaching-learning process.
The students believed that most of the teachers use ICT-tools/LMS and provide them e-resources during online-teaching. Students agreed that the answer-sheets are shown to them on demand. And are satisfied with college’s active interest in promoting internship, the mentoring-process, teacher’s ability to identify students’ weakness and help them, the usage of student centric methods, teachers’ encouragement to engage students in co-curricular activities, web extension lectures/lecture-series/workshop organised by the departments, teachers’ effort to make students ready for the world of work. Students are moderately satisfied with library, canteen and sanitation facilities of the college which they think, need to be improved.
• Parents of the students were highly satisfied with the admission-procedure, teaching methods, standard of teaching, students-teacher’s relationship, college administration, career-guidance, examination-system and result-declaration. Many parents showed their interest to associate themselves in the betterment of the institution in some way
or the other.
* Alumni of the college were highly satisfied with infrastructure, faculty, library, office and support staff. They were satisfied with canteen and fruit stall service. They take pride being alumna of the college and suggested friends/relatives to take admission in their alma-mater. The members of the family of many students are pursuing courses from the college. However, a smaller number of alumni have contributed to the development of the college. But most of them are willing to do so in future in different way.
* The teachers of the college showed high satisfaction with teaching work load, student’s punctuality and responses, semester-system and its implication, infrastructure, facilities for organizing guest-lectures, workshops and student support, internal examination system, benefits for mentorship in the college, space given for FDP, facilities for library, sanitation on washrooms and general cleanliness, cooperation from office and support staff, disbursement of salary, circulation of information and permissibility of availing various leaves.
However, they were moderately satisfied with facilities for Internet/ICT and with assignment of administrative responsibilities.
• Non-teaching staff of the college were highly satisfied with the work load, working hours, teaching and non-teaching relationship, leave rules, ICT/NET-facilities, timely disbursement of salary, infrastructure, healthy working conditions, training facilities for professional development and motivation. However, they were satisfied with the employee welfare scheme and moderately satisfied with the loan facilities.
